Absolutely! You'll receive your instructor's email address upon registration and can email them directly with your questions. If you're enrolled in Galactic Resonance, you'll also have the option to ask your questions during our live sessions.

All our courses are offered online and each course is entirely unique in its presentation and format. Most are self-directed and available on-demand but we do have some that release their material in a drip format (on scheduled dates throughout the year). We also try to meet all the varied learning styles so we offer video courses, audio lessons, text-style courses, and courses with live group calls for inter-connectivity.

If you've purchased a 'drip format' course that isn't what you expected, you can receive a refund for the unaccessed portion of the course within the first 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days your drip-style course is non-refundable. All on-demand courses are non-refundable but if you're not happy with your purchase, we would love to hear from you so we can better accommodate your needs and expectations going forward.

For as long as the course exists. Once you've purchased a course it is yours indefinitely. Some courses will receive annual updates in which case you will have access to the most recent edition.
